ChannelNoticeMessageArgs Properties

The ChannelNoticeMessageArgs type exposes the following members.

	Channel	Returns the IChannel where the message was received
	EatData	Gets or sets the current event proccessing state
	Message	Returns the message
	MessageTags	Returns a list of IRCv3 tags found in the raw line
	RawBytes	Returns the raw event message without decoding
	RawMessage	Returns the raw event message
	ServerTime	Returns the time the event was recieved
	User	Returns the IChannelUser who sent the message
